This is a contribution towards the charges made by the credit/debit card companies for processing your online payment.
Can I pay by cash or cheque?
Yes, however only if we currently come to your place of work (schools will not take the payments, I'm afraid). You will need to send us an email detailing your order and the payment must be left ready for collection.
We will not be able to leave an order if there is no payment.
I used to be a customer but I'm on leave from work at the moment. Can I still order?
Yes, for the free delivery option, email your order to us and then tell us where you want it delivering.
1. If you live locally to where you used to work we may be able to deliver to your home address - we'll let you know if you ask.
2. Alternatively we could deliver to your work place or your child's school, we'll email you let you know what day we will be delivering to the area. Please note that you must have payment ready at your delivery point prior to the delivery date given, otherwise we cannot leave your order.
3. Perhaps you can get some friends together and have a home party. Email for details.
Will you post my order?
Yes, at the bottom of each page there is a delivery charge, which you will need to add to your order as an item. If you think your order may weigh less than 1kilo then we may be able to send more cost effectively using Royal Mail. Please email us if you want us to quote you the best possible price and we'll be happy to do so.
