For customers who would like their order posting to an address in the UK.
Orders up to a weight of 4kg are posted by Royal Mail 2nd class or standard parcel service depending on weight. Orders over 4kgs are sent via courier and will need a signature on delivery.
We have now made changes to the way we add postage to orders. All orders will now have single item postage automatically added to the order price. If we can make a postage saving when you order multiple items we will automatically refund the difference to your credit card. This also applies to customers who are exempt from postage charges.
We decided to make this change because some customers found the old way confusing and choosing the wrong postage option delayed their order and made lots of additional work for us. We want to keep everybody as happy as we can so after trying out many different options for adding postage charges we hope this way will be simple and effective for everybody.
Please email us for postal rates if you want your order posting overseas. We are happy to post to most countries.
